We are currently hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support our adult and geriatric clients.

• North Wilmington

• Claymont

• Elsmere

• Hockessin

• Pike Creek

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

• Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA's group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period .

• Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA - Home Health Aide:

• Minimum one year work experience (does not have to be in the HHA field)

• Current CNA license or proof of HHA certificate with 75 hours or more, we can accept out of state license

Job Responsibilities for HHA - Home Health Aides:

• Activities of daily living

• Light housekeeping

• Bathing

• Grooming

• Toileting

• Range of motion / exercises

• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

• Assisting with ambulation

• Medication reminders
