Caring nonprofit multispecialty group seeking an Endocrinologist to work just 1 hour and 30 minutes east of Dallas! Longview, TX / Tyler, TX area

This multispecialty group cares for 13,000 diabetic patients and is the only endocrinology resource available to them, offering huge earning potential .

The group also boasts a 94% physician retention rate .

Compensation & Benefits Package

• High earning potential: $350,000 – $450,000 per year
• First-year guaranteed base salary of $325,000 , then transition to RVU-based compensation
• Year-end production bonus for exceeding RVU threshold ($50 per RVU over threshold)
• $750/month APP supervision compensation
• 100% paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage
• Retirement funding with employer match
• On-site gym available for physicians and their families
• Concierge service for physicians (key pick-up, grocery shopping, holiday gift wrapping, etc.)

Job/Practice Description: Endocrinologist

• Full-Time -Longview, Texas
• Join a group that offers a very large referral base and is the area’s preferred provider network of employed providers
• Mon-Fri 8-5, 15-20 patients per day
• can do 100% outpatient or 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient
• group has 3 physicians with 2 APPs - the clinic runs super smooth and has Pulmonary, Rheum and Endo services
• 1 Endo just retired. 0 Endo's currently.
• DBE and dietician in the clinic
