Aviation Datalink & Avionics Support Specialist

Gogo Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a Datalink Support Specialist to join the Flight Deck Services team. You will set up services, train customers, and troubleshoot aviation datalink systems, communicating with pilots, flight departments, FBOs and airlines. The ideal candidate has a related degree or equivalent experience, 2–4 years in aviation, strong customer service and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
