As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting Milgard's customers by providing outstanding service, coordinating warranty and service requests, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide quality customer service and customer care in support of Milgard's customer base. Process and review service requests in a timely and accurate manner. Communicate professionally with external customers and internal partners regarding product and business-related issues. Support the customer service process by working closely with Outside Sales Representatives, Production teams, and Scheduling departments. Schedule Service Technicians to perform warranty and service repairs. Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on customer inquiries through resolution. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience utilizing an enterprise system, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Previous window industry sales and/or customer service experience preferred. High School Diploma required; some college preferred. Essential Skills & Abilities Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Strong ability to work independently and effectively under pressure. Sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new software systems. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional problem-solving and follow-through skills.
