We are seeking a permanent Senior Contract Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. Ensuring all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations, including FAR Part 145, and meet DCAA and DCMA requirements. Reviewing and approving NDAs and vendor agreements to protect the company’s interests. Overseeing the administration of contracts, including amendments, extensions, and terminations. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contract terms are fulfilled and disputes are resolved promptly and effectively. Providing advice and guidance on contract matters to project managers or other operational staff, including training new staff on contract policies and procedures. Developing and implementing procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy. Participating in the development of bidding and contract negotiation strategies. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field, preferably within the Construction industry. A strong understanding of DCAA and DCMA regulations. Familiarity with FAR Part 145. Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) certification is highly desirable. Experience with Government Furnished Property (GFP). Proficiency in contract administration, including managing the lifecycle of contracts, reviewing NDAs, and vendor agreements. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve contract disputes effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
