Senior Contracts And Procurement Administrator

GTSC seeks a Senior Contracts And Procurement Administrator with experience as a federal contractor that manages federal contracts and procurement. This position will report to the Corporate Director of Contracts & Procurement. MISSION: You are responsible for activities that span the entire Contract & Procurement life cycle, including but not limited to: cradle to grave contract and subcontract administration with a focus on negotiation of terms and conditions and price of prime contracts and subcontracts agreements, negotiating non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and teaming agreements (TAs), preparation of solicitation packages to subcontractors, price analysis, negotiation of terms and conditions, subcontract administration, issue resolution, closeout activities, cradle to grave procurement processing. This position is onsite in Chantilly, VA for the first 90 days, and, then becomes hybrid-eligible. The incumbent supports tendering processes, contract monitoring, supplier compliance, and audit readiness within a public accountability environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Federal contractor procurement administration experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years of federal contractor experience in federal procurement or contract administration.
• Federal contractor experience working in a Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of FAR, DCMA, and Federal procurement regulations.
• Education Bachelor's degree; or an equivalent amount of education and experience.
• Professional certification in public procurement (e.g., CPCM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
