Capital Markets, Junior to Mid-Level

Position Overview The Capital Markets department is seeking a junior to mid‑level attorney to support our commercial mortgage securitization practice. Familiarity with commercial real‑estate is preferred but not necessary. Responsibilities Draft and review disclosure in offering materials. Interact with clients. Qualifications 2+ years of real estate lending and/or capital markets experience. Law degree from an ABA‑accredited law school and membership in the U.S. Bar (for U.S. lawyer positions). Compensation and Benefits Expected base salary range: $235,000 to $310,000 per year. Additional forms of compensation may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses. Eligible for benefits offered by the firm, including medical, dental and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; and paid time off. Relocation assistance may be available.
