What You ll Do:

• Provide primary care and specialized health assessments for diverse patient populations
• Manage chronic and acute conditions with evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop treatment plans
• Document patient encounters accurately using electronic health record systems
• Educate patients on health management, wellness, and prevention
• Assist with clinic coverage and patient flow optimization
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies

What You Need:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in New Mexico
• DEA registration
• Minimum of 1 year NP experience, preferably in outpatient or primary care settings
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
