FASTSIGNS of Leander & Cedar Park is hiring a new member of our sales team! We strive to provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with our customers. What You'll Do As an Inside Sales Representative, you will: Be the initial point of contact with both current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center - by phone, email, in person, and occasionally at the customer's place of business Learn to prepare estimates, write up work orders, and ensure the timely delivery of finished orders Guide customers through the entire project, from first estimate to final installation Turn prospects into long-term clients by building trust and lasting relationships Participate in daily team meetings and help execute our business and marketing plans Take an active role in the ongoing success of the FASTSIGNS Center What We're Looking For Outgoing, responsive, and eager to learn, with a natural ability to build relationships Strong listening and organizational skills A quick learner who can juggle multiple projects and details Comfortable working under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work Motivated, driven, and a hard worker who takes pride in helping others A great problem solver with a strong desire to grow both personally and professionally Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Signage or print industry experience preferred Sales experience preferred, B2B experience a plus (inside, retail, or counter sales all welcome) Physical Requirements Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more) Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more) Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, such as signage Benefits & Perks Competitive pay plus commission Paid vacation and holidays Health insurance Dental and Vision insurance Ongoing training opportunities Opportunity for advancement Regular schedule (Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm) Do you enjoy working with people?
