This is a customer-facing role where you’ll work inside high-traffic retail locations, greeting shoppers, starting conversations, and collecting contact information from homeowners interested in a free in-home estimate for garage door upgrades. What You'll Do Engage shoppers with confidence and professionalism Spark conversations and identify interested homeowners Capture leads for free in-home garage door upgrade estimates Submit leads via iPad or paper form Represent a respected local brand with pride What You Bring · Outgoing personality; comfortable speaking with strangers

• Ability to stand and interact for 4–8 hours per shift
• Reliable, punctual, and coachable
• Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, event marketing, or brand ambassador roles is a plus (but not required)

Work Conditions · Work inside climate-controlled, high-traffic retail environments

• No hard selling – just friendly conversations
• Regular bending, lifting, etc. while assisting with operations.
