Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Engage with patients to assess their needs and design individualized therapy strategies to help them achieve their goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methodologies to promote improvements in patients' motor functions, cognition, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Share insights and techniques with patients and their families to encourage continued progress at home
• Track and Adjust Treatment Progress: Monitor outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal patient progress

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education or certifications post-graduation are encouraged and welcomed

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is necessary
