Future Opening: Delivery Associate – Round Rock (Top Incentive Opportunity) Full‑time position. Pay starts at $22.25 /hr (base $21.25 + $1 incentive). Immediate eligibility for $24 /hr once DOT certification is achieved. PTO accrues immediately; health benefits after 30 days of full‑time work. Job Overview DEDE is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. We hire drivers to deliver Amazon packages directly to customers. Each driver receives weekly metrics and coaching to improve performance. No experience required – we provide training. Responsibilities Deliver Amazon packages on time and with high quality service. Maintain weekly performance metrics and actively improve. Adhere to scheduled shifts; first shift starts at 10:00 am. Work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Follow safety and company policies while driving. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Valid U.S. driver’s license. Eligible to work in the U.S. Positive attitude and strong customer‑service ethic. Pass a standard 5‑panel drug test. Pass a motor‑vehicle‑record check. Benefits Step van provided – no commercial driver’s license needed. Flexible schedule, 4 days on / 3 days off per week. PTO accrues immediately.
