Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Saddle Brook, NJ. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and behavioral support.
Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each person's unique needs are met and their rights are respected.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of each person's care and services, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying current with best practices and industry regulations.
