Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team! As a DSP, you will provide personalized support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives. This is a part-time opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes, community, or day program
Assist with daily living activities, such as medication management, personal care, and meal preparation
Encourage independence, participation, and engagement in daily routines and activities
Maintain accurate records and communicate with supervisors, families, and other caregivers
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
Demonstrate a commitment to preserving individual autonomy, dignity, and quality of life
