We represent employees in workplace disputes, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour claims. Why join us? Competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses Comprehensive health benefits Paid time off and firm holidays Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth and case ownership Job Details What You'll Do Manage a caseload of employment litigation matters from intake through resolution Conduct client consultations and case evaluations Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances Negotiate settlements and severance agreements Stay current on federal and state employment law developments What We're Looking For J.D. and active bar admission in good standing 3+ years of experience practicing employment law (plaintiff-side experience preferred) Strong litigation and negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload independently Genuine commitment to advocating for employee rights Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
