Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders. Stay informed on legal developments and industry trends in bankruptcy law. Attend bankruptcy court hearings. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Admission to the New York State Bar. 3+ years of commercial litigation and bankruptcy experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Submission of 1-2 writing samples, 10-15 pages double spaced, written within the last 5 years. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) Certifications Admission to the New York State Bar Skills Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
