Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules. Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence. Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually. Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff. Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice. What You Bring Licensed to practice law in New York (required). 3+ years of evictions experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered). Experience working in a role that focuses on Evictions and/or Collections. Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and driven. Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.
