The emergency room features 11 bays, including a fully equipped trauma bay, separate adult and pediatric waiting areas, and all private treatment rooms to ensure patient privacy and comfort. As a Locum Tenens Emergency Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency medical care to patients presenting at the freestanding emergency room. You will manage a variety of medical emergencies, utilizing the fully equipped trauma bay and private treatment rooms. Effective communication with EMS personnel is crucial to ensure smooth patient transitions from ambulance to emergency room care. You will also need to maintain clear and effective communication with other healthcare providers to facilitate seamless care handoffs for patients needing inpatient admission. Qualifications: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
