Accountabilities Utilize PPM Express by either making use of Templates or creating new, pending Project Scope Schedule project meetings, capture Notes & Action Items, and distribute to the cross‑functional teams Define and communicate outputs to ensure project team and stakeholders stay aligned Track progress and report on measurable points to ensure projects remain on schedule Update SLT Projects’ Update deck incl. Progress Highlights, Next Milestones, and Escalations Set up, distribute, review and approve packaging artwork in WAVE (where applicable) Manage EtQ repository (where applicable) Shared Supply Chain goals PLC Goals Adherence to Project Schedule OTIF of Innovation and/or Renovation projects OTIF Own Entering and managing projects in PPM Express Scheduled updates to SLT Post‑mortem report‑outs at end of Fiscal Year Influence Align cross‑functional teams, with competing priorities Motivate team members to achieve common goals Contribute to process development, maintenance and improvements Critical Relationships MAB Supply Chain functions Direct and indirect suppliers, e.g., pre‑press, packaging, ingredients Skills Needed To Be Successful 4+ years experience in Project Management Bachelor’s Degree a plus, not required Detail focused is critical Able to adjust areas of focus when project scope changes Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment Extraordinary Leadership Expectations Co‑packer and customer stewardship: Manage co‑pack relationships as partners, aligning their expectations with internal launch commitments Boundary‑spanning trust: Build credibility across cross‑functional teams and with customers who don't share the same systems or incentives Compensation Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
