We are looking for a Part-Time Accounting Coordinator, where you'll support the financial and administrative operations of the hotel and restaurant, helping ensure accurate reporting, organized records, and smooth day-to-day processes.

What You'll Do

• Enter and reconcile daily sales, ensuring accuracy across systems and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
• Assist with accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, and data entry
• Support month-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and inventory tracking
• Audit POS and PMS charge codes to ensure accuracy and proper setup
• Conduct periodic bank audits and assist with deposits as needed
• Maintain organized financial and administrative records, both digital and physical
• Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management
• Support leadership with reporting, analysis, and special projects
• Serve as a resource for internal teams on administrative and basic accounting inquiries

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience (hospitality experience a plus)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with POS, PMS, or accounting systems (e.g., StayNTouch, Toast, GP, or similar) preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Self-starter who can manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
