TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Nursery RN in Orangeburg, South Carolina, 29118!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Nursery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Experience: 2 years preferred License: State RN license required Certifications: BLS, NRP Must-Have: Charge nurse experience preferred, Level 1 & 2 nursery setting experience required. Must be comfortable with delivery to discharge. Description: Position/Specialty: Nursery RN Will work 3x12 Nights from 7 PM to 7 AM. Patient ratios are 1:6. Every other weekend is required. Currently, there is no on-call requirement, but this could change based on unit needs. This traveler may need to float within the women’s area of the facility, if needed. Charge nurse experience is preferred. Experience in a Level 1 & 2 nursery setting is required. Candidates must be comfortable with all aspects from delivery to discharge. Experience with Level 2 tasks such as phototherapy, administering antibiotics, managing opioid withdrawal, and bubble CPAP is also required. The facility allows for a call-off of one shift per two weeks. Travelers must understand that during severe weather seasons, they may be assigned to emergency response teams. All requested time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission and will be approved based on facility needs. Local candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The facility operates with a total of 286 staffed beds. Charting is done using Epic. Candidates must allow for timely completion of all compliance requirements prior to the start date.
