Sodexo is seeking a temporary Executive Chef 2 to support food and nutrition services at Adventist Health Rideout – Fountains , a healthcare-focused environment dedicated to delivering high-quality patient and resident dining experiences. This is a hands‑on culinary leadership position focused on execution, quality, and regulatory excellence. What You Will Do Oversee day-to-day culinary operations, including patient dining, retail, and catering (as applicable) Lead, train, and develop culinary staff to maintain high performance standards Drive menu execution, food quality, and presentation consistency Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient dietary needs Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
