Role Description This full-time Medical Sales Representative role is a hybrid position based in New Orleans, LA, with a blend of field work and work-from-home flexibility. The Medical Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, introduce NHMS biologics and wound care solutions, and conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Responsibilities include managing a sales territory, identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, and supporting providers with product education and practice optimization tools. The role also involves coordinating with internal Teams, maintaining accurate sales records and reports, and ensuring high levels of customer service and professional communication. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Medical Sales, with a strong track record of building and growing accounts. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals and address their needs effectively. Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy sufficient to understand biologics, wound care therapies, and clinical workflows. Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage a territory, and organize visits and virtual meetings efficiently. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, business) or equivalent professional experience. Comfort working with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to track performance and opportunities.
