We are seeking a full-time Dental Front Office professional with receptionist duties to serve as the friendly and efficient first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience managing front office operations in a dental setting, demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills. This role is vital in maintaining smooth daily office operations, supporting both patient satisfaction and practice productivity. Title Dental receptionist / admin Job Description Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently Schedule and confirm patient appointments with attention to detail Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent customer service Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the practice management system Process billing and payments, assisting with insurance claims follow-up as needed Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely patient flow and office operations Perform general receptionist duties including managing correspondence and office supplies Uphold confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations Support other administrative tasks as assigned to contribute to office efficiency Salary Range full-time $25 - $35 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
