We are looking for purpose-drivenTeam Captainto become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Team Member you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Team Member will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges. As the supervisor, you'll be the go-to person during the shift - the first in line to resolve issues and quick to lend a helping hand where needed. Responsibilities Oversee team members and delegate duties to be accomplished during that shift Train new employees and provide ongoing training to current employees Interact with guests and provide excellent customer service Respond to customer complaints Assist in managing team member schedules Ensure quality control and assist in inventory management Making custom-blended smoothies the “Smoothie King Way” “FRIENDLY UPSELLING” of our nutritional supplements and vitamins Providing guests with information regarding our products Providing the best TOTAL experience in the business Qualifications Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Food Service experience preferred but not required Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests Genuine care and understanding for people's needs Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS! #J-18808-Ljbffr
