Hematology/Oncology Physician

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Infusion coverage at two locations with night call
• Job Setting: Outpatient
• Types of Cases: 50% Hematology, 50% Oncology; Average 30 patients per day outpatient
• Required procedures: Management of VAD/CV Catheters and Bone Marrow Biopsy; Participation on Tumor Board, management of Bone Marrow Transplants, ordering tests and images, prescribing, blood bank duties, and administration of chemotherapy
• Credentialing: 60-90 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified
• Certifications: BLS
• Licensure: Active Indiana license or IMLC with LOQ in hand
