Hematology/Oncology Physician

Schedule: Infusion coverage at two locations with night call Job Setting: Outpatient Types of Cases: 50% Hematology, 50% Oncology; Average 30 patients per day outpatient Required procedures: Management of VAD/CV Catheters and Bone Marrow Biopsy; Participation on Tumor Board, management of Bone Marrow Transplants, ordering tests and images, prescribing, blood bank duties, and administration of chemotherapy Credentialing: 60-90 days

Minimum Requirements

Board Certified Certifications: BLS Licensure: Active Indiana license or IMLC with LOQ in hand
