• % of Practice: Hem 50%, Onc 50%
• Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants, Orders Tests, Blood Bank, Orders Images, Prescribes
• Required Procedures: Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters and Bone Marrow Biopsy
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info: Administration of Chemo will be by the physician and nurse oncologist.

• Requirements: Active IN License, BC, BLS, Has interest in going PERM, Self-Query NPDB report (should be pulled within the month)
