Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and trustworthy Personal Assistant / Driver to provide transportation support and assist with various personal and business-related errands and tasks. This position requires a high level of discretion, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to respond to the family's needs.

The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, communicative, and comfortable handling sensitive and private information with the utmost confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for children, including pick-up and drop-off from school, sports practices, private lessons, and other activities
• Pick up lunch for the boss, meetings, and other business needs
• Complete miscellaneous errands, shopping, and other personal assistant tasks
• Help maintain the vehicle(s) in good working order and coordinate routine upkeep as needed
• Assist with other duties and errands as requested

• Demonstrated discretion and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive and private information
• Responsible, dependable, and trustworthy
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
• Clean driving record
• Flexible and willing to adjust schedule as needed

Schedule & Flexibility

The position will generally follow a traditional daytime schedule; however, some flexibility will be required.

There may be occasional weekend needs requiring only a few hours, such as picking someone up from the airport. There may also be occasional weekday needs after the traditional 5:30 PM end time. These needs will be occasional and based on the family's needs.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a background check
• Successful completion of a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
• Minimum of three professional and/or personal references
