Contract Performance Manager - Wind Services

Responsibilities Project Management/ Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction Perform in the role as the interface between the customer and the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests Assure timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of the progress of the project Negotiate changes and variations and solutions to any issue arising Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract Perform proposal negotiation, and contract administration functions on assigned proposals / contracts with minimal supervision Function as the liaison for the customer on contract matters Developing in-depth knowledge of Project Management Requirements ERP software experience Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, sourcing or engineering (or High School diploma or GED equivalency with a minimum of 8+ years of related industry experience) Oracle Races R12 and PLM software experience Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs Established project management skills Ability to lead, manage, and communicate with all levels of the business Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions Black Belt / Green Belt certified or quality certification Certifications & Qualifications Black Belt certification Green Belt certification quality certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
