Data Entry Clerk

Our client is a waste management company looking for temporary support to cover a leave of absence. The end date is undetermined. The ideal candidate must be able to work 100% onsite.

• Schedule: 11:00am-7:30pm
• Drug test and background must be completed before starting!

salary: $23 - $25 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 11 AM - 7:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

· Assists and provides support for internal customers.

· Enter customer profile submittals into our internal system manually or from the online portal.

· Prepares and transmits reports tracking daily progress to achieve project milestones.

· Processes correspondence, reports and other documents within project scope.

· Performs other, related duties as assigned. These duties may not be specifically listed in this description, but which are within the general nature typically associated with the employee’s level of work.

· Ability to maintain high level of quality work through repetitive tasks.

· Proficient in basic excel skills to navigate data files when given detailed instructions. 

· Work within defined standards, policies and procedures. 

· Solves straightforward problems and seeks guidance as needed.

· Applies basic communication skills to respond effectively to inquiries. Ability to read, analyze and interpret company documents (ie: Waste profile, supplemental profile, recertification forms, price confirmations, quote templates, credit applications, service agreements).

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, surcharges, margins, costs, sell rates applying concepts of basic elementary math. (Adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing)
