Travel RN PositionSchedule: Day shift 8 or 10 hour shifts Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays as assigned.Duties:Triage and assess patients in outpatient clinicsObtain vital signs and perform focused assessmentsAdminister medications, injections, and immunizationsAssist providers with minor proceduresProvide patient education and discharge instructionsCoordinate labs, imaging, and referralsDocument all care in the electronic health recordFollow infection control and safety standardsSupport chronic disease management and preventive careRequirements:Active RN license in any US stateBLS required, ACLS preferredOne year recent outpatient or acute care experienceExperience with EHR systemsAbility to pass federal background check and credentialingIHS or tribal health experience preferredClient Details:Setting: Outpatient CenterCity: ShiprockState: NMZip Code: 87420Job Board Disclaimer: DT-Trak Consulting Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer.
