SERVPRO Team Warnecki is seeking an AR / AP Collections Specialist to support our financial operations and help maintain strong cash flow. In this role, youll take ownership of both receivables and payables processesensuring timely collections, accurate payments, and clean financial records. Your ability to communicate effectively, resolve discrepancies, and stay organized will directly support the financial stability and growth of our operations./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliManage the full AR cycle with a strong emphasis on collections/liliMonitor aging reports and proactively follow up on past-due accounts/liliConduct collection calls and email outreach in a professional, consistent manner/liliTrack payment commitments and escalate unresolved balances as needed/liliWork with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes/liliProcess vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner/liliMaintain vendor records and ensure proper documentation/liliPrepare and execute payments (check, ACH, credit card)/liliReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies/liliPost payments and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks/liliMaintain accurate, organized financial records/liliAssist with month-end close and reporting activities/liliProvide regular updates on AR aging, collections progress, and AP status/liliIdentify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delinquencies/li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulli1+ years of experience in AR, AP, and collections/liliProficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel/liliStrong communication and customer service skills/liliAbility to handle sensitive financial conversations with professionalism/liliHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through/liliSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines/liliAssociate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred/liliAbility to pass a background check in accordance with applicable law/liliAccess to a personal smartphone (required for certain company applications)/li/ulh3Schedule:/h3ulliMonday to Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM/liliFull-time | On-Site | 40 hours per week/li/ulh3Compensation:/h3ulliCompetitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications/liliOpportunities for growth and cross-training within the company/li/ulpSERVPRO of Alexandria is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE M/F/D/V).
