CNA’s must have the following: Certified Nursing Assistant Certification per state requirements. Ability to work every other weekend Compliant with the state’s Health Care Worker Background Check requirements with respect to criminal history Must be proficient in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant Must be able to relate positively and favorably to our residents and visitors. Must be energetic, professional, and reliable. As a skilled, compassionate CNA, you will: Keep our residents safe by following proper infection control policies and procedures Stay calm under stress with a “can do” attitude Provide personal care including assistance with bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning.
