**Applicants must reside in Ocala, FL to be considered for this positionOBJECTIVEThe On-Site Manager maintains a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that will nurture relationships with clients, colleagues, and employees. As a leader in our organization, your job is to identify the needs of the people who you serve and fulfill them.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and long-term retention.Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all services meet or exceed contract expectations.Resolve client concerns quickly and proactively to maintain customer satisfaction.Lead, coach, and support Night Managers and Independent Contractors to ensure operational excellence.Recruit, interview, onboard, and evaluate Independent Contractors as business needs require.Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring contract compliance and service quality.Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships through additional services and solutions.Coordinate staffing, scheduling, equipment, and supply needs across assigned accounts.Maintain accurate documentation, quality reports, and operational records using CRM and company systems.Partner with Operations, Sales, HR, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.Monitor budgets, labor costs, and account performance while maintaining profitability.Travel throughout your assigned territory to visit client locations, conduct inspections, and support field operations.WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFULPassion for delivering exceptional customer service.Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment.Takes ownership, works independently, and thrives on building lasting client partnerships.POSITION REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.1+ years of Customer Service Experience.1+ years of Management Experience.Driver's License in Good StandingPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands are representative of the requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
