Host with 2+ Years of Experience
Rare and Well Done Every Time What makes an evening at Perry's so incredible? You do . What you can expect from working at Perry's: Base pay of $9.00 per hour plus tips (~$22 to $25 per hour) Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Supplemental Accident, Hospital and Critical Illness plans Paid Leave Flexible schedules (30+ hours per week available) Outstanding training and development programs Advancement and growth opportunities A dynamic work environment based upon professionalism, respect, and teamwork The Host position is about: Ensuring the guest dining experience, as a whole, is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant. Responsible for taking reservations, greeting and seating guests, and thanking guests as they depart. Assign all necessary tables pre-shift and provide servers with appropriate chits. Answer phones throughout the shift and direct calls to appropriate personnel as necessary. Pull out chairs, seat guests, provide menus once seated. Additional opening and closing side work-related job duties: cleaning, stocking, setting up host stand for next shift.
