The Gypsy Travel & Cruise is a growing travel agency dedicated to curating personalized travel experiences for clients while providing exceptional service. Role Description:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
Assist clients with booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, packages, excursions)
Resolve customer issues and provide solutions with a positive attitude
Maintain accurate client records and booking details
Provide recommendations and travel advice tailored to client needs
Follow up with clients before and after trips to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service

Qualifications:

Ability to be trainable
Strong Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
Sales skills with an ability to identify and meet clients' travel requirements
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Previous customer service experience (travel industry experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and social media platforms
Passion for travel and helping others

Preferred Skills:

Experience with travel booking platforms (e.g., Expedia, Amadeus, etc.)
Sales or upselling experience
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
