Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Prep ingredients daily (chopping, portioning, sauces, etc.)
- Cook and plate dishes consistently to spec during service
- Work a station (pasta, sauté, grill, etc.) and keep tickets moving
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station at all times
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate clearly with kitchen team during service
- Help with opening/closing tasks and light cleaning
Skills - Basic knife skills and kitchen awareness
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume service
- Attention to detail with plating and portions
- Reliable and on time (non-negotiable)
- Team player with good communication
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to stay calm under pressure

Responsabilidades - Preparar ingredientes diariamente (cortar, porcionar, hacer salsas, etc.)
- Cocinar y montar platos de manera consistente según los estándares
- Manejar una estación (pasta, sauté, parrilla, etc.) y sacar tickets con rapidez
- Mantener la estación limpia, organizada y abastecida en todo momento
- Cumplir con normas de seguridad e higiene alimentaria
- Comunicarse claramente con el equipo durante el servicio
- Apoyar en apertura/cierre y tareas básicas de limpieza
Habilidades - Conocimiento básico de cuchillos y cocina
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente rápido y de alto volumen
- Atención al detalle en porciones y presentación
- Puntualidad y responsabilidad (no negociable)
- Trabajo en equipo y buena comunicación
- Disposición para aprender y seguir indicaciones
- Mantener la calma bajo presión
