Location: Cedar Ridge Health & Rehab Center, Lebanon, IL
Shifts Available: Full-Time and Part-Time shifts are available!

Your Role:

Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for each resident in our skilled nursing facility.
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient behavior to the nursing and medical team.
Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with long-term care standards.
Maintain reliable transportation and ensure punctuality for assigned shifts.
Routinely make rounds, providing responsive care and services to residents.
Perform other duties as assigned by management in a patient-centered care environment.
