About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product for its Healthcare Payments team. The successful candidate will be a core leader in shaping the future of product innovation, driving value for customers, and ensuring the successful launch of high-quality products. This role is pivotal in the strategy, execution, and management of B2B and B2C disbursement solutions, with a focus on identifying market opportunities and influencing the product development roadmap. Responsibilities include conducting market research, defining functional requirements, and managing product delivery through the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' of product management experience in a technology company or financial institution, advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, and experience in managing enterprise B2B and/or B2C payment applications. Applicants for the Vice President of Product role at the company should possess superior communication, project management, and organizational skills. The role requires a self-starter who is effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, and leading cross-functional teams. The candidate will be expected to develop sound business cases, manage the product roadmap, and serve as a subject matter expert in the product domain. Experience in the payments industry, particularly in managing disbursement applications across B2B/B2C enterprise software environments, is essential.
