POSITION OVERVIEW – Senior Marketing Manager - The Sr Marketing Manager, reporting into the Head of Marketing, is responsible for strategies and initiatives designed to accelerate brand experience through holistic brand messaging and marketing campaigns centered around the client’s Masterbrand and year-round key sales drive periods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage integrated marketing campaign strategy across owned and paid channels to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and business objectives.
• Coordinate with Global Marketing Operations (GMO) teams to align product launches, campaign timelines, creative assets, and execution plans.
• Partner with cross-functional Line of Business (LOB) teams to align featured products, promotional offers, and campaign messaging.
• Collaborate with CRM, Performance Marketing, Organic Social, Communications, and Ecommerce teams to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Work with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop and localize campaign toolkits and marketing assets.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate the annual Brand Marketing Calendar to ensure organizational alignment and campaign visibility.
• Prepare and present campaign performance analyses, strategic recommendations, and executive updates during recurring cross-functional meetings.
• Lead bi-weekly stakeholder meetings to communicate campaign priorities, project updates, and corporate marketing initiatives across Channel, Ecommerce, and Cross-LOB teams.
• Partner with client’s CX/UX teams to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns throughout the year.
• Monitor campaign performance through daily reporting, analyze key metrics, implement optimization strategies, and escalate issues to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate brand campaigns and promotional activities with Ecommerce teams to maximize customer engagement and sales performance.
• Manage strategic partnerships by coordinating program execution, ensuring contractual deliverables are met, and overseeing end-to-end campaign implementation.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal Line of Business teams to develop and execute creative advertising initiatives, including large-scale sponsorships and stadium marketing activations.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Marketing + Project Management experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
