Legal Assistant / Litigation Legal Assistant
Join our client's established Birmingham law firm as a Legal Assistant supporting a respected attorney in a collaborative, professional environment. This is an opportunity to become a trusted partner in the attorney's daily practice while playing a key role in keeping civil litigation matters organized, timely, and moving forward.

What You'll Be Doing:

Support one attorney with civil litigation matters
Schedule and coordinate depositions
Complete electronic filings through AlaCourt
Draft professional correspondence
Manage the attorney's calendar and deadlines
Obtain records through various online portals
Build a trusted, long-term working relationship with the attorney

What You'll Need to be Considered:

Be able to do the job as described.
Civil litigation experience, preferably plaintiff-side
Experience scheduling depositions
AlaCourt electronic filing experience
Strong technology and online portal skills
Apple/Mac experience preferred
Spanish/bilingual skills are a plus
