Corporate Real Estate Paralegal

Vaco is a leading law firm specializing in real estate transactions, property management, and legal support services, looking to add a dedicated Real Estate Paralegal to their team. As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will support attorneys and clients in all aspects of real estate transactions and legal matters. You will play a crucial role in managing files, conducting research, and ensuring that all legal documents and procedures are handled efficiently and accurately. Prepare and review real estate documents including purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents. Conduct title searches and analyze title reports. Coordinate and manage closings, including preparing settlement statements and facilitating communication between parties. Assist in the drafting and filing of legal documents with government agencies. Conduct due diligence and gather information relevant to real estate transactions. Manage and organize client files and case documentation. Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals to facilitate transactions. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate. Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Paralegal certification preferred (e.g., NALA, NFPA). Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on real estate law. Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, property law and legal procedures. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
