Major Food Group LLC is seeking a skilled Sommelier to join CARBONE in Miami Beach. You will assist guests with wine, sake and champagne selections, tailoring recommendations to taste and budget while presenting and pouring according to standards. This role requires 2–4 years of upscale restaurant experience, knowledge of wine service, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
