Faena Hotels & Residences in Miami Beach seeks a Beverage Manager to lead the beverage and wine program across the property, guiding the Sommelier team and ensuring Forbes Five-Star standards. This hands-on leader will manage purchasing, inventory, education, and guest engagement to drive wine sales and guest satisfaction.
