Requirements:

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or valid multi-state compact RN license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Previous LTAC experience in a hospital setting required
• Demonstrated experience with ventilator and tracheostomy patient care
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership abilities
