We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Associate to join our team. In this role you will support special projects focused on facility improvements, renovations, repairs, and enhancing the overall appearance and functionality of our nursing centers throughout the New Mexico market. If you enjoy a dynamic work environment where your efforts directly impact on the comfort and safety of others, we want to hear from you!Facility & Grounds Care: Maintain building and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. Take proper care of all company tools and equipment.Minor Repairs & Maintenance: Perform minor repairs on handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, and geriatric chairs.Systems Support: Assist with basic functions regarding electrical equipment, sprinkling systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and extinguishers.
