Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Physical Therapist serving PreK-12 students in a supportive school-based setting located near Jackson, MS. Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist Licensure for Mississippi is required
• Experience working with children or adolescents is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to coordinate with educational staff, families, and other service providers
• Adaptability and creativity in tailoring interventions for diverse learning and developmental needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students from PreK through 12th grade, addressing a range of physical and developmental challenges
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with each student's IEP goals
• Track progress, document interventions, and adjust plans as needed to maximize student success
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service professionals to foster an inclusive and accessible school environment
• Participate in IEP meetings, deliver ongoing staff education, and support students’ participation in school activities

This is a full-time, five-days-per-week contract position starting ASAP, with coverage needed through May 26, 2027.
