Logistics Manager | Charlotte, MI

Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Charlotte seeking Logistics Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory control systems and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers and logistics service providers.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and specialists.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CSCP or CLTD certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin
• Experience with AI-powered logistics optimization tools
• Demonstrated success in mentoring junior logistics staff
