Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Charlotte region seeking Production Supervisors. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates-not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production line personnel.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for material availability.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Prepare production reports and communicate performance to management.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a production team to meet targets.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing Management) or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language
