What will you be doing?

• Provide data entry support across multiple Southwest business functions, including the Shops, Service, Accounting, and Safety departments.

• Maintain organized digital records by scanning documents, uploading files into designated systems, and ensuring proper file naming and storage protocols are followed.

• Perform routine filing and document management, including sorting, labeling, and sending to offsite storage as needed by various departments.

• Handle paper waste disposal and document destruction in accordance with company policies, ensuring sensitive information is properly secured and disposed of.

• Monitor incoming documentation to ensure timely processing and follow up with team members when additional information or clarification is required.
